1. Meeting Summary
I spoke with Amity and Lisa about two HR-related support items. First, there was some confusion around ownership of an onboarding/offboarding list. Amity noted that Gage had indicated I owned the list, which does not appear to be correct. Lisa already has a to-do item to connect with me on onboarding and offboarding, and the expectation is that we clarify proper ownership rather than leaving that with me by default.
The main discussion focused on Lisa's immediate need for interview transcription support while she is covering a high interview volume due to being down one team member. She asked about transcription software and also raised that she does not currently have a Copilot license because she has not yet completed the required training. I agreed we can move forward with getting her a license, provided she signs up for the training, and I committed to handling the license request myself. I also clarified that Copilot does not directly provide the functionality she needs for interview transcription, but I do have a workaround and agreed to walk her through it before her next interview.

- The onboarding/offboarding list ownership issue appears to be a process clarity problem rather than an actual assignment.
- Lisa's request is operationally reasonable given current HR workload, but we still need to maintain training and acceptable-use guardrails around Copilot.
- I reinforced that the training requirement is less about blocking access and more about making sure users understand what can and cannot be uploaded, especially given HR sensitivity.
- Copilot is not a direct solution for interview transcription in this case, so the immediate path is a workaround rather than a formal tool deployment.
- The conversation was short and tactical, with the immediate priority being support for Lisa's interview schedule.
