I had a good chat with him with Sean one or two weeks ago, and I was pretty impressed with what I saw in that meeting. And then I had offered, you know, hey. If you ever wanna connect, just hit me up, and he sent me an invite right away and said, I'm gonna take you up on that, and let's get together and chat. So I thought that was good initiative. So Okay. Good. Yeah.

Alright. So so I it's, like, an annoying question, but I have my meeting with Matt. I was gonna bring it up. But so the whole anti corruption policy and this, like, we can't go to any, like, games. We can't do any of this stuff. So I just I'm trying to, like for one, it bothers me. So I think, like I don't know. I mean, I don't know about you, but, like, there's a lot of, like, like, networking events and stuff that happen at, like, the Pacers or, like, Indians games or whatever. And so it's, like, CLA will have them, like, American Health and Wellness, you know, stuff stuff like that. So and, like, usually, they have, like, some type of, like, just, like, person, like, presenting information ahead of time, and then this game is afterwards. So, like, a couple of times, like, I just, like, paid for my own ticket because I was like, I I can do that because that wouldn't be anti corruption if I'm paying for it. I don't know. I didn't ask anybody. I just did it. So but, like, the question comes up often, like, well, can what if we you know, can we invite Mike or can we invite, like, Lisa? And I'm like, well, I don't want, like, them to feel, like, uncomfortable, like, because I'm not really clear on, like, where the line is, and, like, is there a way that we can manage this, or, like, is this just, a hard no?

It's like, I don't wanna get Matt's perspective, but I thought before I get Matt's perspective, I should get, like, your perspective. Like, do we have any leeway here? Like, what could be a reasonable, like, rule? Like, you know, if there is some, like, kind of presentation attached to it? Like, I mean, again, I I see I mean, even CLA, like, auditors are, like, having these events and inviting us and things So, like like, I guess I'm just trying to figure out, like, are we drawing too hard of a line? What, like, leverage to or leeway do we have? And, like, what could I suggest demand? Or so where's your head on this?

No. I I think it certainly should be opened up because, like, IT companies, the only place they almost ever have meetings is at, like, a Colts event or a Pacers event. I mean, it's Indiana. There's not a lot of other fun things to do. So Right. No. I think we miss out on a lot of opportunities because we have this rule. I mean, there's been a few times that I just told someone just don't tell me about it and go do what you gotta do. I mean, you know, it's Yeah. It's kinda one of those that I I just wasn't sure. The rule exists only by wordofmouth. Nobody themselves has ever really told me. I I thought about challenging it with Dominic.

It it is it is written in the newest versions. For years, it was not. Okay. It was just passed down. But I I definitely think we should and I think we'd be well reasoned to ask for an exception to that rule, and I could even write up some draft language. You know, in The United States, sporting events that have content related to reasonable business case I I mean, I don't know yet. I'd have to worry it, but I think if you word it like that and that it has to be approved by an ELT member, you'd you'd be fine.

You could just you could say you and I were discussing it, and I said I was gonna start drafting language. You could phrase it like, you know, are you okay with him doing that, or do you want me to talk I I don't know. Put it I don't know. I mean, you should definitely, I think, weigh in and say, you also think it's a good idea. That way, he he knows that we both can afford it.

Some other companies have things like this or over a certain value. I don't know. But I just feel like given the size of our business, like, lot of good networking happens at these things, and it's very awkward all the time, like, to be like, oh, no. We can't come. Or, like, the last time I, like, paid for the ticket myself, and it wasn't cheap. But I was like, I thought, you know, it was a good event for me

But I'm like again, for my team, like, there's one upcoming that I was planning to do the same with, and I'm actually not gonna be here now. So they were like, well, can we invite Lisa? And I was like, well, no. We don't invite Lisa because I don't know what to tell her. You know? I'm not gonna tell her to buy her own ticket if she wants to go. So I feel like I need a better

Just so I'm gonna send you an official email because I said I would, but we talked to Bernd today. The call went fairly well. But he did say he thinks it would be a great idea for us to come over in person and sit down and talk about all these things. We were targeting an April trip. And I guess, at some point, I'll just need to know if that's something that you and and Matt would support. You guys have both kinda said, yeah, if, you know, and but now I think we're to the point where I'll send you guys an official email, but you might just kinda see where his head's at on that. And but I think it burned expressed value or a view of value to it as well. So

I think me and Shawn is Gage, I haven't I don't know yet. I I think in an ideal world, all three makes the most sense because Gage is the one who would manage the new tenant. He's got the experience, but I don't know if Gage wants to go or not. So I you know, it's I think trying to figure that out real quick. So but I'll I'll get that to you. Just I guess, a heads up that it's coming. So
