00:00:00 - [SCOTT_WARNER] Wednesday should show? 00:00:02 - [GLLR] Yeah. Pretty much. 00:00:04 - [SCOTT_WARNER] Okay. So we we're sending AP home, warehouse home, repair home. Basically, anyone who's tied to SAP, just FYI. You the contact on our side? Or is it Shawn? Or okay. 00:00:15 - [GLLR] Yeah. I've been I've been in contact with the folks at HQ working on the issue. Okay. I don't know how much info you've got on it, but but, basically, what happened is they pushed an SAP transport. So they basically did a mass import of data, but, I mean, they're pretty vague in explaining what exactly happened. But, basically, somebody fucked up an import and and, I guess, pretty badly messed up the the SAP environment. I don't know if they imported bad data or what, but, so their their response essentially was to lock all user access while they're trying to triage and figure out what to do. I was told that they're pretty sure that they're gonna do a rollback of the data from before the import. And so there I guess, the goal of locking everybody was to prevent any more changes from happening because that would just all be lost data anyways. 00:01:18 - [SCOTT_WARNER] Right. 00:01:19 - [GLLR] So Okay. That's that's the latest that we've got. And the last I was told was that it's definitely not gonna be back up today. So 00:01:29 - [SCOTT_WARNER] And then John said he called somebody, and they said likely not up by seven. Is that are you hearing the same thing? Or has anyone mentioned anything like that to you? 00:01:39 - [GLLR] No. Not that I've heard. So 00:01:43 - [SCOTT_WARNER] the question really is is how so if SAP is gonna be down tomorrow, then I need to send a note via the the emergency system to say don't come in. How early would we know? Or who should I contact? I I mean, I don't necessarily wanna bug you at 0500 in the morning, but is there someone I can poke and say, you know, hey. What's going on? Or 00:02:05 - [GLLR] Yeah. I'll send you I'll send you the contact that I was given. Okay. Let me grab his I'll drop it in the chat. Him and there's one other guy who's working on it. And and Carsten. Carsten's the other guy. 00:02:31 - [SCOTT_WARNER] Todd? Yep. Okay. So if I just ping them in the morning, they should have a pretty good idea if it's up or not? 00:02:37 - [GLLR] Yep. Yep. Yeah. I was told they're the main main point of contacts on the HQ side for this. So Cool. 00:02:44 - [SCOTT_WARNER] Well, I appreciate it, man. Yep. I guess if you hear anything else today or or even this evening, if you happen to know something, please let me know. Yep. Yep. Just because I don't I don't want people to come in for no reason, but I also don't wanna call them off for no reason. 00:02:58 - [GLLR] So Yeah. Yeah. I hear you. 00:03:00 - [SCOTT_WARNER] Most likely, I'll do, a two hour delay and see if it's fixed by then, you know, just because I don't wanna keep them off all day long. But 00:03:06 - [GLLR] Yeah. Yeah. 00:03:07 - [SCOTT_WARNER] Alright, man. I appreciate you. 00:03:09 - [GLLR] Cool. Yep. No problem. 00:03:10 - [SCOTT_WARNER] We'll see. Talk talk yep.
