Meeting Summary We addressed an urgent return from Lee Valley in Canada containing product we mistakenly overshipped and now need in the U.S. to open new dealers. Outbound Purolator performance is solid, but returns are slow due to their consolidation process. Kelsey has been pushing this but was not getting traction with Michelle.
We pulled Michelle into the call to get clarity and priority. She confirmed the shipment is with their broker and should clear and reach Detroit by Monday. From Detroit, it will move via SAIA to Lebanon. With normal turn time, we should see delivery Wednesday or Thursday next week. Michelle agreed to escalate internally, prioritize handling in Detroit, and provide any available tracking now and SAIA PRO details once tendered.
I will update internal stakeholders and reinforce our escalation path for Kelsey to go through Steve or Jon, then me as needed. If the Detroit handoff bogs down, we will escalate with Michelle's leadership.

Relevant Timelines - By Monday: Shipment clears customs and arrives into Detroit consolidation (owner: MICHELLE_KIDD). - Immediately upon Detroit arrival: Prioritize quick handoff and tender to SAIA; confirm status to us (owner: MICHELLE_KIDD). - Wednesday-Thursday next week: Target delivery to Lebanon, contingent on SAIA pickup and turn time (owners: MICHELLE_KIDD to expedite; SCOTT_WARNER to inform stakeholders). - Upon SAIA pickup: Provide SAIA PRO/tracking to our team (owner: MICHELLE_KIDD).

Additional Notes - Root cause: We overshipped product to Lee Valley; that inventory is now critical to open new U.S. dealers. - Process gap: Purolator returns are consistently slow due to consolidation. We may need a defined return SLA, alternate reverse logistics options, or a standing escalation pathway for Canada returns. - Escalation protocol: Kelsey reports to Jon. When traction is lacking, escalate to Jon or Steve, then involve me. I will step in to apply executive pressure when it adds value and does not create noise. - Working style: When issues stall, go directly to the source for clarity, then escalate with their leadership if service levels do not improve.
