Robert said that is our normal practice. I guess, like, when we sent the accounts receivable team home, we were just thinking they would be off for the afternoon. And normally, they charge you know, they work a few hours of overtime a week anyways. And so we were thinking they just won't end up having overtime. So now what I'm struggling with is, like, if we're paying everybody, can we, like, not are they not eligible for overtime? Or how does I mean, I guess I would hate them, like, to go have the afternoon off and then end up getting overtime. 00:00:44 - [SCOTT_WARNER] Yeah. I don't know. So let's see. I to me gosh. I've never really had to deal with this because I only ever had many to deal with. If I remember right, we didn't count it towards overtime, but it was like I think HR has to code it as something PTO ish because otherwise, it does so you can't just say they worked the hours. But I can't to be honest, I don't know how you'd code that, and I don't know how we've done it in the past. But it's kinda like a snow day, right, where we basically can't work, but that doesn't count towards overtime generally. He's like, we can start, like, coming up with stuff, but he goes, it's really it's fluff work. He's like, they're not doing anything.
