That's kind of the ultimate point is basically that he's just not part of the team, doesn't feel like part of the team, etcetera, etcetera. And I I said, we'll figure that out. I'm not worried about it. And then they but they have to start paying installments now. It's a trip to Washington DC where they fly and stay in hotels and all that, but they're not allowing any parents to chaperone. 00:12:35 - [SCOTT_WARNER] I did that trip. You know, it's a it's a new deal, new supplier. And I got to the point where I wasn't looking at the phone. So Yeah. Then when I got back to my office, I saw you had reached out. I'm like, oh, shit. I just wanted to try and help her, and I I didn't know what she was going for. I'm talking to Ashley. He said, Ashley Boyer? Yeah. Tell her I said hi. I said, well, she can hear you. I don't know. If you ask me, the biggest issue is not John in our logistics supply chain world. It's casual. I think he's definitely an issue, but Amity knows that a little bit. But I think the thing that I struggle with is she doesn't really seem to wanna, like, deal with it quickly. But I don't know. Like, when we have our Monday meetings, it's everybody that talks. You know, we go around the table and he's last just because of where he sits. And he has to interject, especially on his team big time, but as it goes around the room and then when it gets to him, he has nothing. So I get yeah. But there's these players, you know, and it's weird because it's pre COVID. Everybody was there, and you talk to people, and you interact with people. And if you had a question, you just went right up to the person. And, you know, now you got people that, you know, you never see or you rarely see or, you know, it's just different. It's a new world. It 00:23:16 - [SCOTT_WARNER] is different. And, I mean, I've tried to be there a lot more, and that's really opened my eyes to kinda what you guys have been telling me for a while. I think he's pretty good at with, you know, statistics and spreadsheets and things like that. ROI, Laurie kinda tainted him on a little bit, I think, because, you know, she was all about selling her story that she had already decided on before she looked at facts. But that stuff that can be taught Yeah. The premier dropped out, so he needed an additional player, which I have found. I don't know that that's even the rule anymore. Because I was able to buy a forklift with one quote, 50. And it's cost go ahead. 00:25:16 - [SCOTT_WARNER] I said it just kinda depends. Like, if it's a vendor you've done a lot of business with, we can overlook it from time to time. Well and this with this project, I think it's justifiable that you should have to get at least two, if not three. 00:25:38 - [SCOTT_WARNER] But I always say two, and then the third one's kind of a nice to have. And then and, basically, it's because you don't wanna bring a you got all these young Heinrich forklifts sitting around and you bring in a crown or an associated or whatever. Now you for PMs and all that, you have to deal with two vendors, you know, one for one machine and one for the rest.
