And then the second the third thing outside of the rent is the ability to be able to use the cash collateral to operate the business because there's a lien against everything right now. He's not provided financials, which he owes to the lender and to us. So the lender is basically saying that they don't support him using those funds. Obviously, if he can't use those funds, he can't operate the business, so there'll probably be some type of, like, interim compromise. But, yeah, we'll see. And then the DIP funding for the finishing the warehouse has been delayed by two weeks, again, because he hasn't provided any information. He he kinda gave me the Dave version of, well, you know, we don't and I said, Dave, we're not gonna hold you to it if you say, you know, high high level math looks good. Let's dig in, and we find something. Okay. I said, we just need it doesn't make any sense to dig into, like for example, because we talked about it yesterday here, is Shapr is clearly not a real estate entity. You can see that when you look at it. Like, we're asking you to do that high level analysis for each of our entities. You know? And then let's then we analyze the ones that we know. So, like, real estate LP is clearly a real estate entity, you know, and and we discuss what that looks like. And so he seemed to get the idea then. The meeting with Adaptex the other day was a little bit of a surprise for him because he didn't really know all that was coming. But I I think we have a good status. So we're looking into Olga's looking into, you know, moving the Shaper assets into USA Holdings, so that we can, you know, preserve those NOLs and then find out can we then convert Shapr to an LLC and merge it sideways for things like IP and, you know, the other pieces that we wanna keep, like data customer data privacy and and all those things. So they're doing a high level analysis of that. I did speak to him, like, 10 times yesterday.
