00:00:00 - [SHAWN_REMICK] Point of the conversation today is going to be so I added Greg to this. I don't know that he's gonna make it. I I didn't coordinate well with him other than picking the same time we did last week. So if he doesn't join, that's that's fine. We can maybe do this offline. But, the the main topic of the conversation is what happens if something happens to the repair equipment. And Scott and I have had some discussion on this about insuring, and we thought that getting the perspective from Greg would be the best. Interestingly, Cody Lewis is the r and d guy who does the software, and he was able to give me quite a bit in in intel Friday evening on this topic. Sounds good. 00:00:54 - [SHAWN_REMICK] So, Scott, what I learned is that the the the calibrator is the gonna be the the primary discussion of this conversation, and that is a machined aluminum thing that in it has a sheet of glass, and that sheet of glass is a half inch thick, and it is relatively durable for a sheet of glass. On that sheet of glass is what appears to be a domino printed pattern, and that domino printed pattern is some scientific way very accurately that they can calibrate the machine. The aluminum, they have the engineering files for, and in a number of weeks, they could reproduce the aluminum substructure. The electronics are off the shelf electronics. There's nothing special about that. So it would be complicated. They would have to get the engineering files. They would have to send it off to a to a machine shop, get it built, but but it's doable. And, you know, six weeks, you could have the aluminum frame. Right? And the estimation there was we were in the tens of thousands of dollars to I asked them to put a 1,000, 10,000, a 100,000, like, ballpark to this. It'd be a pain, but it'd be doable. The sheets of glass, the one for gen one is in the asset list as s o one fiducial fluid. The in the asset list f three fixture is the gen two version. There is a third sheet of glass that has been bubble wrapped and is a backup if either of the primary two sheets should fail. Additionally, good information to know is that gen one sheet of glass can be used in a gen two machine that is interchangeable glass. The framing and how the Gen two mounts is slightly different. But for the most part, sheet of glass is a sheet of glass. So when we stop repairing Gen one, that Gen one sheet of glass can be a Gen two sheet of glass. And then there's a third sheet that is the spare sheet. HQ has a gen one in an emergency that could be leveraged as well. And so thoughts were the truck drives off a cliff going through Colorado. There would be the sheet of glass would have to be remade using some engineering knowledge that would have to be outsourced was how it was described to me. And that would be the most difficult fix of the entire mess. Ultimately, this would take two to three months to get rebuilt. There would be the tens of thousands for the hardware and probably tens more of thousands. So the the number a 100,000 seemed reasonable to replace this thing. What's interesting is that the let me say this before that. You would also have to then ship all the devices or replace them as new devices when they came in for repair and ship the repairs to Germany or somebody else to get repaired in that period of time. So I floated the idea. Cody is not necessarily a decision maker, but I was just we were having a pretty good conversation. And so I just said, to me, it makes sense to consider shipping the backup sheet of glass via another method that's not the truck, and then we we reduce our risk here substantially. Send the two sheets of glass in the machines with us and send the other sheet of glass well packed via FedEx custom critical. 00:05:12 - [SCOTT_WARNER] Okay. 00:05:13 - [SHAWN_REMICK] I feel like that's better than throwing what I would presume is a lot of money in insurance to try to cover this thing. That two different routes, two different ways. Again, the sheet of glass got here in the truck didn't. I do too. I wanted to get Greg's take on that thought. And so we can we can pick this back up next week maybe and get a little bit more alignment on his availability. But he they admitted that or Cody admitted that, like, HQ would have to just inadvertently ramp up production of parts. We would have to ship some availability from HQ, but that's pretty mitigatable, it seems. That's that's the question I think Greg also should weigh in on is is that true? Like, we could mitigate that pretty easily by just shifting around. Yeah. So that's what I learned. Hopefully, that's helpful. I'm still I need to meet with Greg anyway to try to figure out how to reconcile the the digital tour deck that you have, Shawn, with our assets and check the completeness of everything else. He he sent me a photo that there's a gate. I essentially, we can't get a forklift in the building, which is bizarre, I guess, to say the least. But so everything's gonna be carried out on pallet jacks. And I just wanna make sure, like, the guy we're bringing will operate the forklift and do loading and securing and, you know, he's gonna make sure that the truck's ready to go, but he he isn't gonna carry the furniture out like Hercules. So I I'm I'm I'm just worried that the only person in the band for that show is Greg, and I don't I don't think that's fair to him. 00:18:49 - [CASEY_CAVANAUGH] I agree.
