And he only added it to a few of them, and there was some issue here, and I can't remember what it was, but he was going back and forth to pay for on it. So if you, like, click on the job title and, like, the job management and you go to pay, you can see 24 underscore one. So, like, a while ago, I started doing this, like, job title cleanup to try and get it all organized. So, like, I these are current pay for from the salary structure spreadsheet that I'm sure you've seen. We've talked about that spreadsheet before that, like, I never know where the most recent spreadsheet is because I don't have access to it. So long story short is, like, I mean, this was a year ago. 03192025 was the last time I modified it. She gave me, I think, just the employee roster, and then she must have been tying them with a v lookup or something. Yeah. I was like, just keep your because I I think I helped her build it with the pay grids, and I said, keep this spreadsheet and then just make any changes as it goes. So you can make any custom field that you wanted, and I I said, why don't we do that? Because, like, it's just so weird because, like, most companies have a I mean, you can see they have a job right here. But, anyways, I won't get into the details of that. And so I was like, Ryan, you just want me to add it as a custom field? And he was like, no. I wanna get this figured out. I mean, yes, it doesn't do what Ryan wanted to do and have it be, like, automatic. But right now, to me, it's just a like, I don't know. Because I think I what I created for custom fields, I did a position start date. I did a bonus factor and then the workers' comp because they don't have to fill for workers' comp. Like, you can see he and, again, I wish I could remember. It's just been so long. Yeah. He was having some issue with it. So it anyways. And then for the reporting, I just wanted to quickly show you I know you figured it out. But so their old reporting system is under like, I go to this custom support, and I have better so I don't know if this is is this where you went and you built it, or were you somewhere else? 00:04:41 - [SCOTT_WARNER] I went to the I think it was right under that. So, like, if there's any that I can send to you, that would be so these are, like, ones that either like, this four zero one k audit is what they help me build that implementation, and that's a report I can build off of. Like, it's easy to go in and add columns and stuff. So, like, if there's anything in here that you and I can share these with you. Like, there's an address. This report builder is the new reporting system that they launched, but I have had so many issues with this. So I tend to stay in the old. But it's just the so, anyways, I just wanted to show you the two different sections. You can work in either one that you want. I told Lisa, was like, you're probably gonna have more report more luck in the reporting just because you are more tech savvy and can, I feel like, figure these things out better than us? So we just looped them all into Festool USA, but they're categorized as unpaid employees. And I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to run a report to include the on employees, which is so weird because if you and maybe if I show you this really fast. Because if you see, like so let me do address, for example. So if I go to save and continue, save and continue, you can see all three client IDs are checked off, and you can see Festool USA. So that's what they're under. And then down here, I had show all employees even if not paid. So that's telling me that Canada should pull, and they don't. 00:09:56 - [SCOTT_WARNER] That's weird. There was a field called job code that comes on the report, but only two people have info in it. And it is, one of them is who is this? Mini. Do you know what that field is? It says 14 for her. I kept looking around and 00:10:55 - [KATE_LOUGHERY] I feel like I've and so the other weird thing that's happening with Paycor right now is they're having a bunch of these new launches that I are coming from paychecks, but it's, like, not communicated. So, like, I'll come in here and see a change to what something's named or this or that. And I feel like I saw job code somewhere. Wait a minute. Let me look at her. I think this might be under I think I saw under job management when I was messing around in here. So, like, this is where all the job titles are created, and you can, so she's, like, business maintenance coordinator. And so job code is under here, but we don't even have it lit they did her job title. Her Did it? 00:11:40 - [SCOTT_WARNER] Her. Hold on. So op her new title is operations coordinator. So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go through, and I'm gonna add all the job codes at job codes pay grades at Yeah. The job title level, and then that will auto populate to all of their job titles. So I'm remembering now. So when I when I created hers, this didn't used to be here, and it's now a new field. So that's what I'm gonna do because I think that'll help that implementation that we know that's pay grade. And when they're going through all the implementation, hopefully, that can just easily transfer over. So I can work on that today because that won't take me very long. And then once that's done, I can let you know, and you can rerun whatever report you need. 00:12:48 - [SCOTT_WARNER] Yeah. Because when I saw it, I was like, that looks like what I'm looking for, but it's only it was only on, like, two jobs. So it must be the two newest people you added.
